ESG and reporting
Report with confidence. In language your owners understand.
Double materiality, ESG data and CSRD/ESRS reporting where it applies. We build the numbers first, then the report.
Fewer pages. Better data.

Does CSRD apply to you?
CSRD is narrower now. The questions are not.
Since the EU Omnibus directive published in February 2026, CSRD reporting is limited to companies and groups with more than 1,000 employees and a net turnover above €450 million. Most hotels fall outside that scope.
Your owners, lenders, investors, tour operators and corporate clients still ask for ESG data, and they compare you with hotels that have it.
We tell you what applies to your hotel or group, and we prepare the data either way.
What we deliver

Double materiality, step by step
Five steps to a report that holds up.
Impact materiality and financial materiality, assessed together.
- Context and stakeholdersYour business model, value chain and the people affected by it.
- Impacts, risks and opportunitiesWhat your hotel does to people and the environment, and what the world does to your hotel.
- Materiality assessmentWhich topics matter, on both the impact and the financial side, and why.
- Data and targetsThe indicators, baselines and targets for each material topic.
- DisclosureThe report, in the format your stakeholders need.
